Return Policy

We want you to be happy with every Sewing Society purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Physical products

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced at no charge.
  • Items marked "final sale" or "clearance" are not eligible for return.

Digital downloads & courses

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of PDFs, patterns, courses, and other digital downloads are final. If you have trouble accessing a download, contact us and we'll make sure you can get to your files.

ESA & scholarship purchases

Orders paid with ESA, ClassWallet, or homeschool scholarship funds follow the same return rules as standard purchases. Refunds, when applicable, are returned to the original funding source or account used for the order.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at Admin@SewingSociety.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
