How many times have you sat down to sew something and had to stop two seconds in because you forgot to bring your pin cushion with you?

I bet it has happened more times than you can count, right?

Then, you proceeded to make a small pile of pins next to your sewing machine… Or you put pins in your mouth [GASP!]

If you’re one of those people who is always losing their pin cushion, here are two possible solutions for you:

  1. Get a second pin cushion to keep near your sewing machine.
  2. Wear a pin cushion on your wrist.

The easiest thing to do is get a second pin cushion. That way you can place one pin cushion by your sewing machine and leave the other one where you do your pinning. Of course, you might run into another problem — running out of pins in one location.

I love magnetic pin cushions!

My favorite solution is a magnetic wrist pin cushion because your pins go wherever you go and will always be within reach. The only downside is if you don’t like to wear anything on your wrist…

Can you relate? Are you always misplacing your pin cushion?
