I tried a sewing subscription box for the first time this month. It was fun! When the box arrived, it was like opening a present on Christmas morning! That’s what made me think to write a post on all the monthly sewing boxes that are available.
Every sewing subscription box is a little different. Some have simple projects for beginners, some always include a garment sewing pattern, and some are simply meant to help you grow your fabric stash. I hope this post helps you choose a monthly sewing box that’s perfect for you!
Disclaimer: I have not personally tried all of these subscription boxes.

Stockwell Lane seems to be a scam. I thought it would be fund to give it a try and so far they have taken 2 $90 quarterly pmts and I have not received a single box. I have tried to cancel but cannot tell if It has gone through. I have even tried to email with no luck and call with no luck. The Stockwell Lane subscription box is a scam and they will only take your money and then ghost you after that.
That’s crazy! I’m sorry they’re doing that to you. Thanks for letting me know. I’ll remove them from this list.
Thanks. This was helpful. I almost subscribed, but will NOT after reading your post. I can’t afford to throw money away?
I’m looking for a box for kids beginners
I am a member of Sewers. I am thinking about cancer my subscription. I got the same fabric this time as last time & I wasn’t crazy about it, last time. Prices are increasing, and I feel like I should at least be getting different fabric. That said, I have enjoyed being a member of sewers, until recently.
